Alzhanat has completed the intensive course!

Alzhanat will soon turn 5 years old. Specialists have diagnosed her with delayed psycho-speech development, internal hypertension, and flat-valgus feet. From a very early age, her parents noticed that the girl did not respond to her name and that her speech was limited to babbling sounds. The girl has a sister with the same diagnosis.

During her rehabilitation course, Alzhanat attended a range of sessions with specialized professionals—including ABA and ART therapy, adaptive sports, sensory integration, as well as sessions with a speech therapist-defectologist. An individual learning program was also developed for her, which will allow Alzhanat's parents to continue her activities even after the rehabilitation course ends.

At the beginning of the course, Alzhanat had behavioral issues; she did not want to sit at the table or complete the tasks suggested by the specialist. Thanks to the sessions she attended, Alzhanat has become much calmer, more focused, and patient, and has even started to show interest in the activities and exercises!

Alzhanat has learned to point to motivational objects and name them at the same time. She has also acquired skills in sorting by categories and sorting verbs. Alzhanat's gross and fine motor skills have improved significantly, her vestibular system has stabilized, and her movements have become more coordinated and precise.
