Maksud is a 9 year-old boy diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia. He was born on the 31st week of pregnancy and suffered hypoxia (oxygen starvation). Thanks to constant rehabilitation, Maksud learned to stand up, hold onto objects and try to take steps with support. However, due to the strong valgus of the ankle and the crossing of movements, this is difficult for him. In 2024, he underwent surgery to reconstruct his foot. After the operation, Maksud began to stand on his feet better and stopped crossing his legs, but regular rehabilitation is necessary to maintain the result. The spasticity may return, and foot deformity may prevent him from taking steps again. Unfortunately, due to the difficult financial situation of the family, the parents will not be able to pay for this rehabilitation course for Maksud.
