Thanks to all the caring people, we closed the second training camp for Zuleikha Nazipovna Yuldasheva and gave her hope for health.

The woman has chronic myeloid leukemia. Her body stopped responding to standard therapy, and a medical council prescribed the unregistered drug Ponaxen (Ponatinib) for vital reasons.

Thanks to you, we have purchased the second two packages of the drug. The family took a very careful approach to therapy: They delayed receiving our packages as much as they could to wait for a decision from the Ministry of Health. And we have good news!

Zuleikha Nazipovna's condition has improved against the background of Ponatinib intake. She feels better, and this gives her the strength to fight on. Now the family continues to seek the drug from the state, and we, for our part, helped to provide her with medicine during the difficult period of waiting.

Zuleikha has been battling cancer for years – now she needs help buying medication

On weekends, Zuleikha Yuldasheva awaits her grandchildren in her garden-surrounded home. But preparing for their arrival is becoming increasingly difficult: she has been battling chronic myeloid leukemia for 12 years. She takes the drug Asciminib, but recently it has completely stopped working.

Zuleikha Nazipovna is 69 years old, feels weak every day, and her temperature soars to 37 degrees Celsius. Doctors have suggested a different medication, Ponaxen (Ponatinib), but it's not covered by compulsory health insurance, and it's too expensive.

"I love cooking and always spoil my grandchildren with my signature chebureks or belyashi. I also love flowers; I have many gorgeous flowers growing in my garden. "I'll be happy to do all this if I feel better," the woman says.
