Seryozha is growing thanks to ivs with nutrition!

The Badalyan family received parcels with medical supplies for Seryozha: tubes, extension cords, napkins and other materials needed to connect IVs with intravenous nutrition. Thanks for the support. One and a half year old Sergey has a congenital intestinal disease. After birth, he underwent emergency surgery, but only 22 centimeters of his small intestine were saved. Since then, the baby has been on intravenous nutrition. His daily main course is an eighteen—hour drip. To connect parenteral nutrition and feed a child, you need a lot of medical supplies. But tubes, extension cords, sterile materials, and everything else the family needed, alas, could not get for free. While the parents were seeking a court decision, you provided Seryozha with a supply of necessary materials. "We received the boxes of consumables the other day, and believe me, this is the best gift for us for the New Year! Recently, the court also ruled in our favor. I hope that in a month we will receive everything we need from the state," says Lyudmila, Seryozha's mother. In January, mom and son will go for another examination of Seryozha's intestines. Doctors will evaluate how he grows up and give new recommendations, including about reconstructive surgery. Meanwhile, the baby is actively gaining weight due to ivs, developing and exploring the world. This year, Seryozha saw the Christmas tree at home for the first time and now he does not take a step away from it – he looks at the beauty with toys and is very much waiting for gifts from Santa Claus. He has already received one — your kindness, friends! "We sincerely thank all the tubers for their kindness. We wish you happiness and health!" — Seryozha's parents tell you.

Sergei has short bowel syndrome, and he needs supplies for nutritional ivs

Porridge and vegetable purees have recently appeared in the diet of one-year-old Seryozha. He liked them. But so far, the child's body, alas, does not digest such food. Due to a severe congenital intestinal disease, the main food remains an IV drip, to which the child is connected for 18 hours a day. During pregnancy, doctors informed Lyuda that her baby had gastroschisis. In this disease, the abdominal wall does not tighten, and the intestines develop outward. In 99% of cases, this defect is successfully corrected by surgery in the first days of life. But Seryozha was unlucky – he developed total necrosis. Only 22 centimeters of the small intestine were saved. From this moment on, the child is on intravenous nutrition. Due to ivs, Seryozha is steadily gaining weight and is not lagging behind her peers in development. There are only six hours for normal life – walking and playing games, and then you need to connect to the system again. For a long time, the family bought drugs and supplies for intravenous nutrition on their own. But now all financial reserves have dried up. While the parents are seeking free extradition through the courts, we can help Seryozha. Let's support it!
