Imone successfully underwent surgery for retinopathy!

We are thrilled to announce: the surgery for Imona to treat retinopathy of prematurity has been successfully performed! Doctors note that the procedure went without complications, and now there is a real chance of restoring minimal visual functions — perhaps very soon Imona will be able to distinguish not only light but also the outlines of her loved ones’ faces. This is a huge step towards her dream — to see the world and her loved ones.

Thanks to your support, we were also able to partially cover the surgery for another of our patients — Leah. Her surgery also went successfully, and her parents are sincerely grateful to everyone who helped give their daughter a chance at a better future.
