Tulkin needs eye surgery!

We appeal to you with a request for help for the little Tulkin from Uzbekistan. At the age of 4, he was already faced with a severe diagnosis of grade 5 retinopathy, which was diagnosed to him at the age of 2. There are doctors in St. Petersburg who are ready to perform the operation, but it is paid for foreign citizens. Tulkin is an inquisitive and musical boy. He loves playing the guitar and singing. His dream is to see this world with his own eyes and delight us with his melodies. Unfortunately, his parents cannot pay for the operation, as Tulkin also has a brother and sister.
