Vasilisa and 6 other children attended classes with a speech therapist/defectologist.

Vasilisa is an orphan from the Novosibirsk region. She is currently undergoing treatment and rehabilitation in Moscow with the support of the "He Needs You" Foundation. Vasilisa was born with health issues and has been living in a children's home since her early childhood. While treatment helps to strengthen her body, Vasilisa needs regular sessions with a speech therapist to develop her speech, thinking, and communication skills. These sessions help children with special needs to better understand the world around them, express their desires and emotions, and take their first steps towards independence. The "He Needs You" Foundation organizes special classes for orphans undergoing treatment so that they do not fall behind in their development and can learn even in the hospital.
