Aizanat is 4 years old. She and her twin sister, Alzhanat, have the same diagnoses: unverified myopathic syndrome, a neuropsychiatric and speech development disorder (level 2 general speech underdevelopment with behavioral disorder), as well as flat-valgus feet and hyperactivity syndrome.
The girls undergo rehabilitation in Makhachkala every 2-3 months, but so far there has been no improvement. However, their mother hasn't given up hope.
Aizanat currently needs a whole-genome sequencing blood test at the Bochkov Medical and Genetic Center in Moscow to diagnose a complex condition—unverified myopathic syndrome (a rare disorder requiring complex diagnostics). Unfortunately, the cost of this test is very high, and her mother cannot afford it.
