Said is 7 years old. Up to a year old, the boy was developing normally. However, after a year, my mother noticed that Said stopped responding to the name, did not look into his eyes and did not have a pointing gesture. His parents turned to many doctors in Makhachkala, conducted an examination, and a neurologist diagnosed Said with a disorder of psychological and speech development (OND, level 1) with a pronounced mixed behavior disorder. The parents started treatment, and minor improvements were achieved. At the moment, the problem is that Said does not speak and does not understand the addressed speech well. His understanding is limited only to everyday situations, and his behavior remains restless. For further development, Said needs classes such as massage, neurocorrection, NDH, sensory integration and classes with a speech therapist. Unfortunately, these classes are expensive, and parents cannot afford to pay for them due to the difficult financial situation in the family.
