Maryam received the medicine, but the disease was stronger

Maryam is a general practitioner from the Chechen Republic. She works as a district doctor in a district polyclinic, because since childhood she wanted to help people. Maryam is also a mother of two children: a 6-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. Her house is always filled with warmth and comfort, and the table is set for guests.

A year ago Maryam faced a difficult challenge - she was diagnosed with blood cancer, acute myeloid leukemia.
