Thanks to you, Polina has completed her rehabilitation!

Polina is a long-awaited child. The pregnancy went smoothly, but during childbirth complications arose: her head became stuck, and her heartbeat was restored only after four minutes. She was discharged home at two months old, and her rehabilitation began immediately. Polina is now 6 years old. She can crawl on all fours, walk with support — holding an adult’s hand or using a walker — and is making her first independent steps. Polina has a form of cerebral palsy with predominant hypotonia, which requires constant rehabilitation: her muscles weaken quickly, and growth spurts can lead to setbacks. She regularly attends physical therapy, massage sessions, speech therapy and tries different rehabilitation methods.
