Arina is 7 years old. By the age of 2, she had lost her speech, stopped communicating with others, and developed a fear of people. Experts diagnosed her with severe general speech underdevelopment, organic non-psychotic disorder, mental development delay, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Thanks to regular training, Arina's communication and self-care skills began to develop, her physical development improved, and she acquired new words. However, Arina still does not make eye contact, lacks a pointing gesture, and lacks social and household skills. The girl has difficulty adapting to new places and is afraid of loud sounds, covering her ears and vocalizing.

In order for Arina to learn new skills, she requires an intensive course of training with specialists in applied behavior analysis, speech therapy, and sensory integration.
