Ramadan is only five years old. Already at the age of one and a half years, the parents noticed disturbing signs of developmental delay: the boy did not respond to his name and did not perceive the addressed speech. Today, Ramadan demonstrates aggression, an extremely limited vocabulary, and a low level of self-service skills.
