Your support helped Viktoriya get her son back!

Deti nashi

Foundation Moscow

A family in a difficult life situation was accepted into the foundation's program. The mother, Viktoriya, needed to have her parental rights restored. The child, Daniil, was living outside the family. The main goal of the work was to overcome the family crisis by restoring the parent-child relationship, returning the child to the family, and creating conditions for the family's independent and stable life. To achieve these goals, the foundation implemented an interdisciplinary approach involving specialists: - A social curator accompanied Viktoriya at all stages. Together, they collected documents to file a lawsuit in court. The foundation's lawyer provided legal support. Assistance was given in helping Viktoriya find employment, which became an important factor in demonstrating income stability to the court. - The social curator helped arrange for state benefits, gather the necessary documents, and submit an application for Daniil to receive a place in a camp. - The foundation's psychologist conducted consultations and therapeutic sessions with the mother and child. As a result of comprehensive psychological work, the parent-child relationship was restored, and trust and mutual understanding between Viktoriya and Daniil were rebuilt. The work on this case was recognized as successful. The following key results were achieved: - The court made a positive decision to restore Viktoriya's parental rights; - Daniil returned to the family; - The family situation stabilized. Thanks to the psychologist's work, parent-child relationships were established; - The family receives all entitled state benefits; - Viktoriya is employed and independently manages child-rearing and household tasks.

A collection to pay for the social worker who will help Victoria get her son out of the orphanage!

A few years ago, Victoria was faced with circumstances that forced her to make a painful decision: her son, Danya, had to be sent to an orphanage. At that moment, she had neither financial stability nor an understanding of how to cope with everything alone. She visited Danya regularly, made sure that he had everything he needed, and at the same time worked on herself — she visited a psychologist to restore and strengthen child‑parent relations. But I didn't know how to get my son back. The Foundation has assumed the role of a conduit between the family and the system, offering comprehensive assistance. Together with the social supervisor, they took up the preparation of legal documents for the restoration of parental rights, and brought in a lawyer for a court hearing. At the same time, Victoria started looking for a stable job and started repairs for her son's return. This fee will allow us to pay for a month of work as a social supervisor who simultaneously accompanies 12 families in crisis. In many ways, thanks to the work of a social supervisor, children in these families can live at home with their relatives, rather than in an orphanage.
