Vanya suffers from epileptic seizures and severe spasticity—a condition in which muscles are constantly in a state of increased muscle tone. Despite all the difficulties, regular exercise has yielded small but significant results. However, nutrition remains one of Vanya's main challenges.

He has a gastrostomy tube, so he can only receive nutrition through a specialized nutritional formula. His parents constantly need support to purchase this supply on time and not be left alone with anxiety about what tomorrow will bring.

Vanya is fed through a gastrostomy tube and needs therapeutic nutrition for two months

Ivan was in intensive care from the first minutes of his life due to severe hypoxia, which severely damaged his brain. He began having epileptic seizures even then. Vanya suffered from severe spasticity from the first months of his life; he could only relax in his parents' arms, and many forms of rehabilitation were prohibited due to the risk of seizures.

Over time, small but significant changes appeared: after therapy, Vanya began to lift his head, and later, he cried for the first time in his life.

Now Vanya is six years old, surrounded by the care of his family, loves head massages, shows emotions in his own way, and is very sensitive to those around him. Vanya is a patient, gentle, and remarkably attentive child.

Now, one of the biggest challenges is nutrition. Because of his gastrostomy tube, home-cooked meals lead to serious problems: blockages in the tube, pain, and intestinal problems. Only a specialized therapeutic formula is suitable for Vanya and helps prevent complications, frequent pneumonia, and gastrostomy tube replacements. But one can only lasts two days, and the cost of food is prohibitive for the family.
