Misha has difficulty hearing and speaking. He didn't immediately understand why he and his mom moved out of their childhood home. The reason lies with Misha's father. The last time, her husband hit Yulia with a frying pan over a runny yolk. Before that, it was because his mother didn’t answer the phone, or because Yulia didn’t notice an enemy tank in a computer game that had destroyed her husband's car. The man beat her during pregnancy, monitored her at work, and sent threatening messages on social media. Yulia endured this for 17 years. One day, her eldest son asked: "Mom, why? For us, you have to stay alive." For a month now, Yulia and Misha have been living in a House for mothers with children. There are dozens of women here who have found themselves in difficult life situations, along with their little ones. We need your help to support families like these. The funds raised will cover one month of accommodation, the work of a house supervisor, and food supplies for those in need. Yulia and Misha’s story is not unique.
