When a family faces difficult news during pregnancy, it's especially important to have the support of specialists nearby. At such times, a psychologist becomes a pillar of support – helping them cope with anxiety, maintain resilience, and find the strength to be with their child.

Irina Asanova from Ulyanovsk learned of her unborn child's complex diagnoses at 32 weeks of pregnancy. Consultations, uncertainty, a move to a federal center, and giving birth far from home—all of this happened when she was just 20 years old, with a two-year-old daughter waiting at home. The "Light in Hands" foundation helped the family with housing, medical examinations, and brought in psychologists. This support helped them overcome their fear and anxiety and remain resilient. After Eva's birth, they immediately needed treatment. Now the family is home, and treatment continues—with the foundation's support.
