Little Asadbek has faced difficult challenges since birth, fighting for his sight. He was diagnosed with stage 5 retinopathy of prematurity, and currently can only distinguish light. Two surgeries performed in his home country were unsuccessful, and now his chance to restore his vision awaits him in St. Petersburg.
Asadbek is surrounded by the love and care of his wonderful family. His parents devote all their time to raising Asadbek, but they cannot afford the cost of the expensive surgery themselves.
