The rooms are now much warmer, which is especially important for our residents: seniors so desperately need a comfortable, cozy environment. The new windows provide protection from cold, drafts, and dampness, bringing peace and health to those living in the shelter.

The shelter building is very old: the windows are drafty and cracked. With the arrival of winter, it has become quite cold. The grandmothers are freezing, which is why they catch colds and get sick. The urgent need to replace two windows has become urgent.
