Khalid is only seven years old, and he has faced serious difficulties in his development. The boy suffers from delayed speech development (ASD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). His speech is seriously limited, understanding the words addressed to him is difficult, and interaction with others causes significant difficulties.
The parents first noticed their son's lag at the age of one and a half years. Numerous examinations led to the diagnosis of ASD with elements of autism. Since the age of three, Khalid has been receiving the necessary medication and has completed a number of rehabilitation classes: bioacoustic brain correction (BAC), Tomatis method, reflexology, classes with speech therapists and neuropsychologists, as well as applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs.
The parents can no longer pay for the next important stage of the child's recovery. Only the support of others will allow Khalid to continue his path to full-fledged development and socialization.
