Thanks to regular exercise, my muscles have strengthened, my endurance has increased, and my coordination of movements has improved. It has become easier to perform daily tasks that previously caused difficulties. In addition, the classes helped me to control my body better and feel more confident. I keep working on myself and I notice that I'm getting stronger and more active every day.

Magomed needs rehabilitation after an accident!

Magomed is only 24 years old. He suffered severe injuries after falling from the tenth floor of an elevator. Magomed is currently fighting to restore his health after a fractured thoracic spine, a closed severe traumatic brain injury, severe brain contusion, rib fractures on both sides, lung contusions, and lower limb thrombosis.

The mother is raising her son alone, and Magomed's family is facing a serious problem: treatment and long-term rehabilitation require significant financial costs, which are extremely difficult for the family to handle on their own.

We can support Magomed during this most difficult period, helping him find a chance to return to a full life and overcome the consequences of a terrible tragedy. Let's give him hope and confidence in the future together!
