Thanks to your support, Magomed was able to complete a rehabilitation course!

At age 12, Magomed was in a car accident and suffered a severe traumatic brain injury: a frontal bone fracture and an epidural hematoma. He underwent surgery. Epileptic seizures developed shortly thereafter. On March 1, 2025, his condition deteriorated sharply: Magomed was found unconscious and developed status epilepticus. He was urgently hospitalized in the neurology department. Doctors diagnosed anoxic encephalopathy, hypoxic-ischemic brain damage, and structural epilepsy with frequent seizures. Magomed is currently in serious condition. He has no speech, no voluntary movement in his arms or legs, and is unable to sit, stand, walk, or care for himself independently. He requires constant care and comprehensive medical rehabilitation. According to doctors, rehabilitation is necessary to restore basic life functions: eating, self-care, motor control, and making simple decisions. For treatment, Magomed must be transported to a specialized rehabilitation center. Flight is only possible with the accompaniment of a resuscitation specialist due to the severity of his condition and the high risks of travel. The cost of treatment, travel, and accompaniment is prohibitive for the family.
