We need help with the coordinator's salary!

Our charity foundation has been helping children with vision problems for more than 7 years. Very often, families are in a difficult life situation: they need not only help in paying for the operation, but also support in paperwork, legal advice, and psychological advice. Families are in despair, do not know how to cope with it. It is at this point that the coordinator of targeted assistance - Svetlana comes to the rescue. Sveta is the very person who takes you by the hand and leads you through all the difficulties. She doesn't just help, but also creates an action plan: she figures out what kind of help is needed first, and finds resources: she contacts foundations, government services, and volunteers. She also accompanies the family: she provides moral support, makes sure that the help arrives on time, and achieves the result: that the child receives the necessary treatment, and the family gets a chance to live a normal life. Svetlana's work involves dozens of phone calls, meetings, reports, and, most importantly, the rescue of children every month. However, this is her primary and only occupation. It should be paid. We are asking for assistance in paying Svetlana's salary.
