Until August 2024, Karomatullo worked and made plans. He and his wife dreamed of having children and their own home. But on August 21st, on the way home from work, Karomatullo was in an accident, and his life changed.
He suffered a severe spinal injury and a spinal cord contusion. He regained consciousness in intensive care, unable to feel his arms or legs, and connected to a ventilator.
Karomatullo hasn't lost hope: the very first course of rehabilitation showed positive results. Doctors insist that treatment must be continued—it's now the most effective. But the family doesn't have the funds for further courses: his wife was forced to quit her job to care for him, and the family has no income left.
Your support will help Karomatullo continue his rehabilitation, regain his lost skills, learn to sit independently, take care of himself, and gradually return to an active life. For his wife, it is a relief to leave and a chance to see again not helplessness and fear in her husband’s eyes, but confidence and hope for the future they once planned together.
