Difficult breathing is behind her. Thank you for saving Domra!

We found Domra in poor condition, with ongoing breathing problems. Since then, she has been living at the “Predannoe Serdtse” shelter, and we have been trying to understand what exactly is preventing her from breathing normally.

Domra’s nose is constantly blocked. She sometimes has discharge, she snuffles, and she struggles to breathe. This does not resolve on its own, and we cannot treat her blindly. If there is a polyp, a foreign object, chronic inflammation, or changes to the nasal lining inside her nasal passages, we need to see it, not guess.

The vets have recommended a rhinoscopy for Domra. This is an examination under anesthesia, where a special scope is used to look inside the nasal passages. If needed, samples are taken for testing, and if possible, the cause of the problem can be addressed right away. For Domra, this is a real chance to finally get an accurate diagnosis and treatment that will actually work.
