Elnur is almost 3 years old. The boy was born with a complex congenital diagnosis, and his family decided that they did not want to raise a child with developmental disabilities. Elnur ended up in an orphanage. However, he was lucky enough to find a foster family a year and a half ago. At home, it became clear that the child's health condition was much more severe than initially thought. The boy could not walk or sit properly. Over the past year, Elnur underwent two surgeries, started walking, and made his first sounds. To continue developing, the boy needs constant classes and rehabilitation.
