Liza and her twin sister Sasha were born at 27 weeks, weighing just 990 grams. While Sasha grew stronger over time, Liza was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 16 months due to oxygen deprivation. Since then, her family’s life has become a constant fight for her development. Now 10 years old, Liza is a curious and active girl: she loves sculpting, swimming in the pool, and playing with her sister.
In 2023, Liza underwent complex spinal surgery (SDR), and doctors are now giving positive forecasts. Currently, she can roll over, sit by leaning on her hands, and crawl on her stomach. Her back grows stronger after every course, but to learn how to walk, her training must be continuous. Liza cannot afford to stop, as mastering new skills becomes increasingly difficult with age.
Let’s come together to help Liza take another step toward independence and her cherished dream of standing on her own feet!
