Doctors have closed the temporal part of the child's head, which was punctured during the accident, with an implant. The operation was successful, and now Peter has fully recovered and started going to school. Thank you for your support.

Petya suffered a serious head injury in an accident. Doctors urgently performed a trepanation, but a piece of the fractured skull on the temple could not be restored. Under the thin, throbbing scalp, a section of the child's brain remained unprotected. Even a minor injury could lead to irreversible consequences. An expensive plate was needed.

Now Petya has the most ordinary head with regular and firm temples. The seam will soon disappear behind the curly hair. Petya needs surgery to reconstruct her skull using a special plate

Peter is missing a fragment of the cranial bone. On the right side, in the frontotemporal part, the brain is covered only by soft, constantly pulsating tissues. We need an individual implant that will provide reliable brain protection for the boy.

A few months ago, an 8-year-old hockey player, returning from training, suffered a serious head injury in an accident. The boy was taken to the hospital, an examination was carried out, doctors found a compressed fracture in the temporal region and a fracture of the base of the skull. The child underwent surgery, and everything that was possible was done. The child's physical functions and intelligence were not affected. Now the next step is needed - to replace the broken piece of the skull with a special plate. Such an implant is not installed under compulsory medical insurance, and Petya's parents, who are raising four children, are not able to buy it on their own.

Peter dreams of going to school and playing hockey as before. He is still learning the school curriculum at home, sometimes his mother takes him to private lessons at school. But it's too early to talk about a full-fledged return to the classroom and on the ice. Any minor injury is extremely dangerous for a child.
