Teshame Foundation is launching a collection for Zakat al-Fitr — an obligatory payment for all Muslims.

Zakat al-Fitr is an obligatory payment that must be given by every Muslim before the celebration of Eid al-Fitr. It helps those who have fasted to make up for minor mistakes committed during the fast.

Our Foundation has taken on the responsibility of organizing this collection and distributing the charity among our beneficiaries. Until the 27th of Ramadan, distribution will be carried out in the form of food supplies (flour). After the 27th of Ramadan, assistance will be provided only in monetary form.

If you are planning to give your Zakat in food form, please take the deadline into account — until the 27th of Ramadan.

The amount of Zakat al-Fitr is 200 rubles per person.
