For several years, the "He Needs You" Foundation has been opening the way to treatment for special orphans from the most remote parts of Russia. The Foundation takes on the organization of the entire journey, from the first consultation to complex surgeries in leading clinics in St. Petersburg.
Each such trip is a long and challenging journey. It involves medical examinations, waiting for doctor's decisions, and preparation for surgeries. Sometimes, between treatment stages, children need to stay in the city for several days or weeks to be under the supervision of specialists and continue their recovery process.
This is exactly why the Foundation has an apartment in St. Petersburg, a temporary home for our wards. Here, they can rest after the hospital, regain their strength, eat and sleep in peace. There are no hospital walls here, only care, silence, and a sense of security.
