Maryam is four years old. In the first months, her life was quite prosperous, developing according to her age. However, after the first year, disturbing symptoms began to appear: the girl stopped responding to her name, there was no eye contact and no pointing gesture. She began to experience difficulties in noisy places, practically does not communicate, does not interact with other children, and does not perceive the speech of others well. At the age of two, doctors diagnosed delayed speech development with signs of the autistic spectrum.
The parents put a lot of effort into regularly studying with their daughter and undergoing the necessary rehabilitation programs. Today, Maryam needs special treatment again, which will allow her to continue her development, but the financial situation of the family does not allow for a full course of rehabilitation.
