Ibrahim is a child with developmental delay and ASD. He doesn't understand spoken language and doesn't yet speak. The world is complex and incomprehensible to him, but behind every small success lies a tremendous amount of work.
After numerous rehabilitation sessions, Ibrahim has begun to better understand spoken language, has become more responsive to requests, and, most importantly for us, has learned to feed himself. For some, this is a simple skill, but for him, it's a major step toward independence.
But to consolidate the results and move forward, another rehabilitation course is necessary. This includes sensory integration classes, ABA therapy, and adaptive physical education—it's this comprehensive and regular work that helps children with ASD maintain and develop their acquired skills.
Now, it's crucial to continue therapy to preserve what has been achieved and give Ibrahim a chance for new successes—in understanding, communication, and a more independent life.
