Emina is five years old. She was born with serious complications — triple entanglement of the umbilical cord and severe hypoxia of the brain. In the early years, the girl developed normally, but closer to the age of two, the parents noticed something was wrong: the child's behavior had changed, behavioral problems and delays in mastering basic skills had arisen.
After contacting a specialist, they received recommendations and carried out a number of medical procedures, but there were no improvements. It was only at the age of three that purposeful work began with a team of professionals: a speech therapist, an ABA specialist, neurodynamic gymnastics, a neuropsychologist, and sensory therapy. The lessons had a positive effect: now Emina began to understand the spoken language, a pointing gesture appeared, and she became more diligent.
At the moment, Emina needs a comprehensive rehabilitation course that will allow the girl to learn new skills and develop further. Due to the difficult financial situation, parents cannot pay for this course on their own.
