Artur, Nastya, and Ramila were considered for placement in institutions because their mother was experiencing financial difficulties. She was laid off from work and had no family support. This family's story is not isolated. For over two years, safe temporary housing for mothers with children has been in existence. This is a chance for children to stay close to their mother and avoid boarding schools or shelters. Our Mother's Home currently houses three mothers and six children. They are in constant need of food, hygiene products, and a warm, cozy home.
