Yura is 13 years old, he has congenital health problems and a diagnosis of cerebral palsy.

Now Yura needs a rehabilitation course that will help improve his motor skills, speech and communication skills. Six other children are being raised in the foster family, some of them also have health issues, so regular classes become a serious financial burden.
