Varya has third degree hearing loss. The girl wears hearing aids that compensate for hearing loss, but in order for speech to develop adequately, classes with specialists are necessary.
Sparrows – "sparrows", "k" and "t" - are mixed up in places, there are no detailed sentences.… A small vocabulary, retelling and exposition is a guard. That's because Varya hasn't had auditory-speech rehabilitation for several years.
In her class at a regular school with 28 students, the teacher does not have the opportunity to pay much attention to Varya, and in the midst of the noise and hubbub, the girl learns the program as best she can. Mom helps her daughter – they do their homework together, they go through the topics again. But a course of hearing and speech rehabilitation is a key factor for the development of a child's speech and effective schooling.
