Islombek underwent chemotherapy to prevent a relapse

"For the rest of my life I will pray for the Russian doctors and all the people who helped me raise money for my son's treatment. His life was hanging by a thread, the tumor had reached enormous proportions. Are there any words to express how grateful I am to people for saving my boy's life", says Islombek Ubodulloyev's father. It was in Moscow that doctors were able to operate to remove the tumour on Islombek's neck. The size of the tumor surprised even experienced surgeons: its weight after surgery was 600 grams. Thanks to subscribers of Tuba's charity platform, money was raised for further treatment, without which there was a high probability that the tumor would grow again. The courses of chemotherapy were conducted to destroy the remaining blast cells and prevent a recurrence after the surgery. Islombek is feeling well, recovering from the difficult surgery and chemotherapy. "I missed a few months of school, but there's no way I want to stay a second year, I'm studying. As soon as I finish school and get a job, I'll start helping sick kids right away, too. Before, I didn't think about what charity is, but now I realize how important it is. Now people have helped me, and now I also have to help people," Islombek shares his thoughts. We are sincerely thankful to everyone who helped Islombek to get life-saving treatment.
