Khalid has autism and needs rehabilitation

Khalid will soon be five years old. He doesn't respond to his name, ignores requests from others, and doesn't make eye contact. He is the family's third child; the pregnancy was uneventful. His parents noticed unusual behavior when their son was around two years old, when his complete lack of speech became apparent. Initially, they thought he was hearing impaired, but a hearing test showed nothing was wrong. After consultations with doctors, including neurologists and psychiatrists, the child was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Currently, the family regularly takes Khalid to special classes, continuing to believe that improvement is possible. However, the cost of the classes is quite high, and the parents find it difficult to afford a full course of speech therapy.
