Muhammadali is eight years old. He was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). During his first year of life, he developed according to age norms and learned to speak. However, at around eighteen months of age, he regressed: he stopped making eye contact and lost his acquired speech skills. His parents immediately began treatment and rehabilitation, beginning therapy almost immediately after his diagnosis.
Today, Muhammadali does not yet speak and does not always understand everyday situations, but he is actively striving to acquire new knowledge and skills with his teacher. It is important to continue the lessons he has begun, as systematic exercises are the key to significant improvements. The family is struggling to cope with the financial burden required to continue therapy, and the support of every caring person is essential.
