Magomedmukhtar is only five years old. He and his brother, Muhammadrasul, require specialized rehabilitation because both boys have developmental disabilities. Magomedmukhtar has been diagnosed with developmental delay with behavioral disturbances. The first two years of his life were marked by episodic loss of consciousness, accompanied by bluish skin discoloration and seizures. The boy did not respond to his name, and his understanding of speech was virtually nonexistent. Despite treatment, noticeable progress was only seen around age four, when remedial classes began. Currently, the boy has difficulty understanding others, expressing his thoughts verbally, and communicating with others. This is compounded by a pronounced state of hyperactivity, accompanied by a lack of a sense of danger. Magomedmukhtar's further full development is only possible with a comprehensive rehabilitation program, but the family is experiencing serious financial difficulties and cannot afford the necessary classes themselves.
