Salim has autism spectrum disorder and mental retardation. At the age of 2, his parents consulted specialists, as the boy did not respond to his name, was not interested in toys, and did not speak. Salim is 13 years old, does not speak, does not understand spoken language, and lacks a pointing gesture and eye contact. The boy has poor memory, cannot concentrate, and often gets up from the table during classes. There are problems in physical development: running clumsily, poor balance, does not know how to jump. The boy has two sisters, but he doesn't pay attention to them and prefers to spend his free time alone. Salim attends a special rehabilitation school due to his regular participation in intensive rehabilitation courses. To ensure that Salim retains his acquired skills and learns new ones, he requires intensive training from specialized professionals.
