Bogdan is 15 years old and has a severe form of cerebral palsy.
He needs a special car seat for travelling for treatment.
The boy is growing, getting heavier, his mother finds it difficult to hold him and he slips down all the time.
Bogdan cannot sit up on his own, he cannot hold his head properly, he cannot walk or speak, and he needs constant care and supervision. The child lives with his mother alone. Dad is not involved in his son's life.
The mother cannot afford to buy the car seat herself, her pension and child support only covers the basic necessities.
The car seat also allows mum and her son to go to his grandmother's house, where Bogdan can spend all day in the fresh air.
"Our house has no lift and no ramp," says the mother. That is why it is often impossible to go out for walks and the child is locked up.
