Being elderly and left without support is one of the most difficult challenges. When age sap our strength, our health fails, and loved ones are absent, even going to the store becomes a challenge. As part of the "We Are Nearby" foundation's project, we help those who find themselves in this situation.
We are currently collecting 30 food packages for lonely elderly people. Each one will contain essentials: cereals, pasta, butter, tea, and fruit—things that will keep them full and provide comfort.
For them, this isn't just food. It's a sign that they haven't been forgotten, that there are those who care. We will deliver the food and warm them with our attention.
