Disabled children need diapers

Umka's wards, who have severe disabilities, have been using diapers their entire lives.

They are provided with hygiene products under the compulsory health insurance system, but supplies are limited. Furthermore, diapers sometimes don't fully meet the children's individual needs, which can lead to irritation.

Parents caring for such children always buy additional diapers themselves—it's a major monthly expense. Often, such children are raised in single-parent families, so funds are often in short supply.
