Bekhruzbek is 12 years old, a smart and well-read boy. He gets excellent grades and dreams of becoming a doctor. His relatives often play checkers with him, and Bekhruzbek beats everyone, except his father, the most experienced player.
Since August 2025, the boy began experiencing severe headaches and nausea. Doctors referred him for an MRI, which revealed a brain tumor. He underwent surgery in his home country of Uzbekistan, but the tumor's location prevented complete removal. Back home, Bekhruzbek's parents were advised to seek medical advice in Moscow, where doctors have more experience treating such tumors. The boy underwent another surgery at the Burdenko National Medical Research Center.
Bekhruzbek now faces several courses of chemotherapy. As a foreigner, all treatment is paid for. The boy's parents are ordinary people. Besides Bekhruzbek, they have two younger sons who remain with their grandmother in their home country.
Let's help the boy overcome his illness!
