After a year, Usman stopped making eye contact, did not respond to his name, and did not interact with other children. He did not speak or understand spoken language, and exhibited self-aggression. Usman did not play, only spinning the wheel of a toy car and arranging toys in a row.
Usman is now 6 years old. Through regular therapy sessions, he has begun to respond to his name, show partial understanding of spoken language, and make eye contact.
In order for Usman to continue to progress in his development, he needs a full-fledged rehabilitation course in Astrakhan, which includes sessions with specialists in applied behavior analysis, sensory integration, and adaptive physical education.
