As they age, it becomes increasingly difficult for older people to cope with everyday chores. As their health deteriorates and frailty sets in, everyday tasks become a serious challenge. Visiting a clinic, buying medication, even simply leaving the house—all of this becomes difficult, yet so necessary.
The "Beautiful Far Away" foundation supports these types of seniors. To support them, we have established a medical home visit program. Our nurse regularly visits their homes: monitoring their blood pressure and other health indicators, fulfilling their doctor's orders, assisting with medication administration, caring for bedridden patients, and providing personal attention to those who need it most.
We raise funds to purchase medications, consumables, and pay for the nurse who provides daily care to those who are unable to care for themselves.
