Rezvan is 4 years old. After a year, his parents consulted a neurologist because the boy did not respond to his name, did not understand spoken language, and walked on tiptoes. The specialists diagnosed him with delayed speech development. Currently, Rezvan partially understands spoken language and often exhibits undesirable behavior. He lacks coherent speech and social skills.
