Matvey is only 5 months old, and he spent 1.5 of them in the hospital. The boy was born at 37 weeks in a collodion membrane, a dense film with cracks, indicating congenital ichthyosis. The doctors were treating the baby, and the parents took him home.
But the fight for Matvey's health continues: his skin does not retain moisture, is dry, flakes and cracks, and looks like fish scales. It causes pain, interferes with development and affects sleep. The boy needs to moisturize his skin daily with special products.
Experts from the Butterfly Children Foundation have selected suitable emollients to reduce itching and inflammation, moisturize and protect the skin. But the funds are expensive, and the need for them is growing: Matthew is growing, you need to treat the body completely and several times a day.
Support the collection so that Matvey no longer has to return to the hospital walls!
