Our factory kitchen is already bustling with activity in the morning – soups are boiling, vegetables are stewing, and main courses are being prepared. For some, this is just food, but for our residents, it's the daily support they need to survive.
Lonely elderly people, many of whom have difficulty getting around or don't leave their homes at all. With no family nearby, low incomes, no one to go shopping, making lunch is a real challenge.
We deliver lunches to some people's homes. Others come to our cafeterias to eat and relax in good company.
We are currently raising funds for food to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Cereals, oil, vegetables, meat, and more – everything will go towards hot lunches for those who need them most.
